“We are visitors on this planet”by RD

Spiritual practice is very important in these days lately esp. when there is so much stress, population and polutions. People have forgotten to do basic meditation and live a simple life and be humble with one another.

People once believed to be careful of what one thinks because it may not be what you truly want in life. And we must think twice before we speak or it manifest as an action. From that I also found a quote of what I want to share

As per the great Mahatma Gandhi used to say:

“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny”

So understand this and if we want to change anything we must reconsider all these factors above individually in our mind and brain.

I want to say it is very disappointing to see how many people are choosing materialistic, being selfish, egoistic, and fighting over petty things and eventually creating unhealthy relationship and feeling sad about it thus leading to depression or health issues. But I want to say I don’t want anyone to get hurt because it only requires just a little part on individual to fix something.

We are hear to live in Peace and not create fights or War, so please help yourself and those around you. If you can’t seek help. Try to live a simple life with lots of love around you and be in love by staying joyous within you and taking care of your body, mind, soul & spirit.

We are simply a temporary visitor on this planet earth! Why so? So we can pass along our skills and gifts and enjoy the nature and live happy with humans to co create things we want or desire and learn and simply BE!

There are many ways to do it. Get Reiki, Energy healing, Massage, Going to Spa, Spending time in doing things you love, walk in nature, yoga, dancing, meditation, chakra clearing, soul work, spiritual counselling etc. The reason i dont include the gym is because it is indoor and you are enclosed in a building doing mechanical stuff.
But Tai Chi, Chi gong anything that is about life force or pranayam or breathing also helps.
